Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks to arrive, while large orders & customizations may take longer. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You may also contact support@luxecosplay.com with the item of interest and delivery address to get a delivery estimate.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in China and Hong Kong. We use all major carriers (DHL/UPS/FEDEX), and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, you will be responsible for return shipping and there will be a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price.

Please notify us at support@luxecosplay.com if you would like us to change/cancel your order. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, changes to your order are no longer possible. However, you can always return your product to us after your receive it.
